Not too long ago, Chil & Co. leased a new 3,000+ square foot space at The Met. With so much room, we saw space for new opportunities, like the studio and storefront we’re building and the area we’re transforming into shareable desk space.
That’s where you come in. We want to share this space – and our resources – with you as part of the new fourofour.collective. This has always been a dream of ours and now we can finally make it happen.
So, what does this mean?
In exchange for a little bit of your time and your talents, we are willing to share:
Studio rentals for spec / portfolio shoots
Rentals for client shoots at a discounted rate
Digital resources and equipment resources at a discounted rate
Space in our store to sell your own merchandise
Paid workshops (launching this spring)
Discounts on all non-artist collab products
What’s your commitment?
While each agreement might differ, we hope to keep the exchange fair to help cover the cost of running the studio and collective. So we’re only asking for:
- Attendance to at least 1 bi-weekly meeting
- 2 hours of work per week to go towards the fourofour brand
How long is this commitment?
We don’t know, yet. We want the first cohort to stay together for at least a year. Our goal is to build long-term relationships that help us all grow and capitalize on the resources available to us.
We’re only inviting a few people who have worked with us in the past and shown their love for the fourofour brand and community. If you’re interested in learning more, let us know by January 10th and we’ll invite you to our first meeting. That’s where we can talk about this a little more, including official matters like contracts.
