  1. What sizes do your apparel come in and how do they fit?

Because each of our items is produced differently, please refer to the individual fitting information that is within each product. If you have any specific questions about a particular product, please contact us at team@fourofour.co.

 

  1. If I just ordered an item, can I cancel it?

If we have not shipped the item yet, we will be able to process a refund. Unfortunately, if the product has already shipped, you will be charged a restocking fee. In addition, you will have to pay for the shipping back to us.

 

  1. When should I expect a tracking number?

Our products usually ship within 48 hours. You should receive a tracking number in your email as soon as we ship a product.

 

  1. What is fourofour’s return policy?

You have to email us at team@fourofour.co that you would like to request a return within 14 days of receiving an item. Our team will get back to you with a return authorization number. We will process a refund once we receive the item. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

  1. What countries do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. If you would like to place an international order please contact us via email at team@fourofour.co.

 

  1. How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive a link in your email as soon as you place an order. You should be able to refer back to that link to check the status of your order.
